Back in September, I collaborated with the Viral team to redesign their mini app . Viral is a cross-posting tool that helps people post once and share instantly on both Forecaster and Twitter.
This was a fun and challenging project because the team wanted to improve the user experience and prepare the product for the next big stage.

This was a fun and challenging project because the team wanted to improve the user experience and prepare the product for the next big stage.

When I first joined the project, Viral already worked, but:
The flow was not very clear for new users.
People didn’t fully understand how cross-posting worked.
The app didn’t explain the fee system well.
The UI felt too basic and didn’t match the vision of where the product was going.
And the features were scattered, so users didn’t know what to do first.
We needed a smoother experience, clearer onboarding, and a design that made the product feel more trustworthy.

The Solution
The Solution
I redesigned Viral with a simple and straight-to-the-point experience:
A clean onboarding flow that explains Viral in simple words.
A new home screen where users can write once and post to both platforms.
A scheduling flow for users who want to plan ahead.
A spending-limit feature to help users control how much they spend on posting fees.
A subscription page with clear plans and benefits.
A leaderboard to make posting fun and engaging.
A referral system so users can earn rewards by inviting others.
And a more friendly, modern visual style that matches Viral’s brand.
The goal was to make Viral easy to use, easy to understand, and easy to love.

The Results
The Results
The redesign helped Viral grow a lot.
Here are some wins we achieved:
Viral got accepted into an incubator program, selected from over 900 applicants.
User activity increased.
The number of people using Viral grew by 50% after the redesign.
The onboarding completion rate improved because everything felt clearer.
The team also received great feedback about the new structure and visuals.
This project was a reminder that simple, thoughtful design can change how people connect with a product.
